Ventoux almond cake is rich in almonds (27%) and flour-free, a moist cake which is truly irresistible. It is prepared in accordance with Provençale tradition and is free from chemical additives and preservatives.
The intense flavour and richness of the chocolate subtily combine with the flavour of the almonds. Packaged in a pratcal, novel box, the « Amandier » will stay fresh and moist for a long time.
