A version of the lace pancake. (a light crispy pancake). Originally from Quimper, Britanny, the lace pancake was created in 1888.
We are traditional makers of lace pancakes with a “savoir faire” inherited from generation to generation. Our knowledge and motivation led us to create the “very small salted lace pancake” and delicately stuffed. It is a delicious snack for aperitif and cocktails.
